Title: Beware of TOPDEALSMAX – Faulty Product, No Customer SupportReview / Complaint Text:I purchased a bone conduction sport headset CRANOVIB X10 from TOPDEALSMAX - on September 7, 2025, for €89 via their website.I live in Slovenia. The package arrived to my home on September 25th, 2025. As soon as I tested the product, I discovered that it was defective and did not work properly.On the same day, I filed a complaint through their official contact form. I wanted to return the product that did not work properly and get a refund. At first, I received a quick response, and I was asked to provide details, photos and confirm that the product was in its original packaging and undamaged. I provided all requested information immediately.After that, they told me they needed 1–3 days to review my case. However, more than 8 days have passed, and I have received no further response. I followed up twice via email, but they completely ignored my messages.This lack of support and failure to resolve the issue makes me believe this website is not trustworthy.
