I ordered Cranovib White I received them after a week. I thought I was ordering from the US. The headphones do not work well. They have a tinny, hollow sound and I couldn’t get them out mp3 mode and their demo music. I wrote 3 emails for a refund and return them. I still have not received a response. UPDATE: 07/30/025: after 6 emails and following their directions with videos and pics, I received no response to their requested pics & videos, including where they are falling apart. If there was a way I would upload pics here. UPDATE 08/06/2025:I have now sent pictures and video of the defective headset and they still have not responded after I sent the pictures and video. If I could give them a minus 5.
