Terrible customer service, first off their website is not formatted correctly, trying to charge me extra before telling me. Shouting me down on the phone when I emailed them about it. Free shipping was automatic when I bought a toy for my dog but 7 minutes later I get an email saying they are going to cancel my order and cause me hassle just because their website is not scripted correctly, making me wait 10 days to get my money back. Shocking service.Do not buy from them.Update: if you try to give them a negative review they will lie and act as if you were the one getting angry, when really they were the ones to shout you down.Lied about me "taking a chance" no I didn't the website automatically did that. At the end of the day it may be good for training but the website is terrible, no excuse.
