1. THE FRAUD: On Feb 13, 2026, they executed a gold trade (XAUUSD) at $4,888.93. At that very moment, the global market floor recorded by all major independent providers (like Investing.com) was $4,907.10. That is a malicious $18.17 price gap created by TopFX to drain client accounts.
2. THE RETALIATION: When I presented the proof and filed a complaint (Ref: 280276), TopFX issue a final refusal to acknowledge their error. Worse, as soon as I informed them I was escalating to CySEC and the Financial Ombudsman, they immedately CLOSED MY ACCOUNT (4009360) on March 16. This is a clear case of organization revenge to destroy evidence and block my access to trading logs.
3. VERIFIED DATA: I have officially filed my case with CySEC and the Financial Ombudsman of Cyprus for organizational fraud and unlawful account termination. If you complain, they will kick you out.
