Chanelle was so helpful, really friendly and always called to update me on the progress of job application/interview. She also made sure to remind me/chase me up to get specific documents sent off/complete tasks set by the employer ( which I otherwise would've definitely left till last minute/forgotten... ) I also had a couple of conversations with Chloe who is just as lovely and really showed an interest in how I was getting on too.
