I was looking to purchase a commercial vehicle and tried TopMark to do the funding. After several attempts to get me financed.TopMark Funding could not meet the timeline I needed to finalize the purchase of the Semi I was in the process of purchasing.After finding another source of funding I found that TopMark Funding had charged my credit card twice once for $2500.00 which was for a deposit according to the doc and another charge of $11096.91 for 3 advance monthly payments for the lender that I never used.After reaching out to Steven Amirault at TopMark I was told that use those funds for another purchase in the future.This company is dealing in bad faith. DO NOT USE I can understand losing the $2500.00 for the deposit but the $11069.91 that clearly states was funding for advance monthly payments to the lender that I never received. Don't get scammed by TopMark funding. This company deals in bad faith and will Take your money. READ YOUR DOCS. Ive included the Secretary of State complaint link to help stop these predatory lending tactics.
