Initially, I communicated with a representative who was helpful in guiding me to submit my track via email due to not having a URL. However, during the consultation, I was surprised to find I was speaking with someone else. I was informed that my track would be reviewed, but it hadn't been, and the person I spoke with was unaware of my submission. They seemed more focused on extracting personal information and financial commitments from me. When I requested to speak directly with the marketing team, I received a curt refusal, followed by a vague promise that they would reach out, which they never did. It feels like the service is more interested in financial gain than genuinely supporting artists. If there’s a sincere intention to assist artists in building their careers, I would appreciate a proper response.
