Basically a scam!

Top Nutrition Coaching is basically a scam. I signed up for a 3-month program with a nutritionist. $180 per month that includes a virtual visit every other week. 2 visits per month. Not cheap but I was willing to pay the price in order to improve health a sport performance. The service itself was very average but the way they bill is unethical - see below. As for the consultations I didn’t feel like I got anything worth $180 per month. Nothing that I could not get with basic google searches. A couple good tips but that was it. It didn’t really felt personalized or motivating. The real issue is the way they conduct business and bill you. topnutritioncoaching.com is absolutely unethical.After the 3-month service ended, I received an email asking if I was satisfied with the service and with my dietitian. At this point, I was not impressed but not worth leaving a negative review. The problem is that after the service ends, they keep charging you every month. They send you an email making it sounds like everything is done and completed but they keep charge you monthly. Of course they don’t send you any email notifying you that they are charging you. They make you sign a contract when you first sign-up but you never receive a copy of it and there is no way to check the status of any subscriptions on their website nor a way to cancel anything.After several months of being charged, I contacted them asking for a refund but they refused stating “it was on the contract” and send me a copy of the contract signed months prior with fine print stating they’ll keep charging you every month. Any decent company would refund you. But Top Nutrition Coaching chose to keep your money even though it didn’t cost them a dime since none of the services were used. Absolutely disgusting. I replied to their last email stating how upset I was and how I felt I was scammed but they didn’t even have the decency to reply.STAY AWAY FROM TOP NUTRITION COACHING!
