Avoid!I bought 3 items from Top of the Clops at the start of July.One was promised ‘in a few weeks’, the others arrived ok (albeit later than promised). I contacted them to ask about the last item on the 3rd August and they didn’t respond, so 10 days later I felt I had to raise a case via PayPal to get a refund.The vendor approved the refund on PayPal on the 13th August. PayPal closed the case once the refund was approved. Today I’ve had an email from PayPal saying that the refund transaction failed. I now have no item and no money to buy a new one.
