Contacted customer service (Serge) to simply close my account. He kept sending me to review pages after every request and then deleted our conversation. Worst customer service I've ever experienced and the site is a dumpster fire on top of that. Errors, not logged in, what a rookie setup. Stay away from this amateur garbage. Had no intent on leaving a review but Serge set me off. F this place and I'll make sure everyone knows it! Cheers 🍻
