Ordered 2 napkin holders. They came bsck and told me they didn't charge enough and would need additional funds. It was cheaper than another supplier so after negotiating I submitted a few dollars more.After many weeks I received the 2 metal napkin holders. However they were not what was promised nor what I paid for. The package was full of rust!.. metal rust!! I had to take it to the garage to fully remove the items. They were rusted together. Total garbsge and if not careful could cut oneself and get tetnitus! The items are suppose to be smooth rustic looking yet modern horse and a bird napkin holders. These wlare garbage. I contacted them and they said for extra money they could finish the napkin holders so they are smooth. Otherwise they are rust. This is insane! Total scam!
