Emailed customer service will update with their response but this company is not shipping from the USA, they are using DHL - China. If you want to buy china crap don’t buy from their websites direct that Google has optimized to be ALL OVER every search. Go to Amazon and buy from a reputable company. This is the second and LAST TIME I have ripped off by a Chinese retailer online. They put fake good reviews out there…these people are scammers don’t get tricked like I did.
