I ordered my rug on May 12th it is now almost a month and it has not been sent to the post office for delivery. They will send you a tracking number to string you along. The post office DOES NOT HAVE THE ITEM. They don't value their customers that support their business based on how they handle things and how treat their customers. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.REPLY TO THEIR RESPONSE:I have reached out over 20 times and I still don't have my item. How many times would you like for me to send my tracking number as your company does nothing? I never gave a 1-star review in my entire life. I understand how reviews impact, but this is not how you treat people that support your business.
