Topview.ai presents itself as a transparent company, so for now I am waiting to see how they handle the refund request I already sent them.
My experience with the platform has been extremely frustrating.
I purchased the yearly Business Plan for $528.02 because I expected a dependable AI video tool that could actually be used for business work. What I got was the opposite. Basic parts of the service were either unreliable, far too slow, or simply not working in a usable way.
Even a 15-second video could take hours to generate. In several cases, the render would sit at 99% and never complete at all. That kind of performance makes the platform very hard to take seriously as a professional tool.
What bothered me most was the way “unlimited” is presented. In reality, key features still depend on credits, and the included 3000 credits per year are nowhere near enough for serious ongoing use. Features like script generation through the agent or multi-scene workflows quickly consume credits, so the plan does not feel unlimited in any practical sense.
The platform also feels heavily restricted unless you keep spending credits. Even the tools that are supposed to make the workflow easier end up creating more limitations. That is very different from what I expected when signing up.
At this point, I have requested a full refund and I am waiting for their response. If they truly stand behind their claims and their transparency, I hope they will resolve this fairly.
