They provided me with guidance, yet my 'free' set never arrived. I reached out to them via email multiple times, and rather than engaging in a helpful discussion, I received the same automated response repeatedly without any resolution: Your email has been replied, please kindly check it. If you have any further questions, please feel free to follow this ticket, we'll do our best to solve it for you. I forwarded them the link to their advertisement, but they persistently continued to send me their automated reply. It seems to me that they rely on bots instead of employing actual support agents.Furthermore, their phone number is non-functional!
