I scheduled a call for 6 PM UK time with a representative, but he didn’t attend. After waiting, I was informed that he couldn't make it and was asked to reschedule for 10 PM. Although I was unhappy about the late hour, I agreed. Again, he failed to show up. A helpful team member offered to connect me with a different mentor, but the new representative was unprofessional. He claimed he couldn’t hear me, despite my microphone working fine. When I expressed my frustration, he dismissed it, which felt very disrespectful. I would not recommend this service, as similar strategies are available online for a fraction of the cost.
