I’m very disappointed with the shipping process. About 3 weeks after my order I didn’t receive any feedback. I’ve called the company representative and he told me the he just got the information the the package was lost. I suspect that they didn’t send it at all. Two days later I got a notification by mail that the package was sent. The order was placed on September 28th. Now it’s October 27th and the package is still on its way
