Ordered flowers to deliver to my wife's office on 2/13. They attempted delivery at 645pm after business hours.
Customer service claims they showed up at 430 which isn't true. After providing them the tracking updates showing the late attempted delivery, they changed their tone but still wanted me to pay a fee to redeliver on 2/17.
I had to buy different flowers elsewhere so my wife received something on V Day.
Avoid this company unless you want unreliable service.
