I should have believed the bad reviews. Ordered and received, but after trying the Torqueball, decided it’s not for me and want to return for refund. I emailed the day after receiving. Got an automated reply saying they’d be in touch in 1-2 business days. It has now been over a week and no return label sent. I have followed up with three more emails and a phone call with no response.Don’t order a Torqueball - the company is just as unresponsive as other reviews have stated.
