I would not recommend anyone purchase from TorqueBall with any possible intention you may want to return the product. FYI The balls are quite heavy. They offer 90 days money back guarantee - wrong! They don't. I purchased the ‘Couples Pack’. They were too heavy and unsuitable for me, so I wanted to return them for a refund, as per TorqueBall guarantee. I sent Torqueball an email requesting return address and refund. Their only correspondence entailed an automated email from James Cole advising someone would contact me in 1-2 business days. Nope, they don't do that either. 16 days later, I wrote a further email, request was same as first email, and I received the same automated email from James Cole with same advice ‘1-2 days’. How many times does one email, so I asked Paypal to help me.Important Note. My request to Paypal was for them to ‘obtain a return address and refund’. My original Request to Paypal and my subsequent appeal were both denied, both with reason ‘The seller has advised that you received the product.’ Quite the opposite from the reason I wanted their assistance. At this point, I no longer want a return address but just a refund. And to date, Paypal have closed my case and not a whisper from James Cole at TorqueBall (6 weeks ago). My experience cost me $150.13 USD. I have certainly lost confidence in the reason I use PayPal for all my online purchases.
