I don't know where to start.
I am really disappointed with this company.
I already have a subscription with F-Secure and I have had for nearly two years.
I just happened to be scrolling through my bank account today and came across this company. They have been taking £9.99 a month, for months, from my account.
When I asked to be refunded, they said that would be fine, and I would see it refunded to my original account that the money was been taken out of.
Well, what they do is tell you, that you need to terminate your subscription first, so that is what I did.
Then automatically I got a email saying I was refund a whole £9.99, when they have been taking money from me for months on end.
I did not subscribe, I'm baffled and do not understand how they got my details but they did, which concerns me very much!
I'm now going to have to report it to the bank, who make you report it to the police, so you can get a reference number.
It's a carry on that I don't need. It's as if life isn’t bad enough, without companies like this.
I live alone, I'm on disability benefits and can't afford to be paying two companies money, that do the exact same thing.
I'm hoping by writing this review that they will read it and refund me the whole amount.
It's what I'm entitled to.
Nevertheless, I am going to be positive in the hope that they do the right thing and I will adjust my review depending on this outcome.
