I started playing this game a year ago due to misleading advertisements, and I got hooked. I've met wonderful people, which is the only positive aspect. However, the lagging and freezing are outrageous. It's incredibly costly, and you might encounter power-tripping moderators who mute large portions of the community during events. Seeking help from support takes forever and often leads to no resolution. Currently, one moderator is enforcing his own rules and muting players in a specific area.
