As a long-term player, I wanted to support this game, but my experience has become increasingly frustrating. Prices for in-game offers keep rising without a corresponding increase in value. Progress feels excessively reliant on frequent spending, making the game feel unbalanced. Customer support is another significant issue. Responses are often slow, automated, and problems like failed purchases or lost items are not consistently resolved, leading to distrust. Additionally, numerous bugs, especially in new tournaments, impact gameplay and rewards, making new content feel incomplete. It’s disappointing that many players share similar concerns. I hope the developers take this feedback seriously, as the game has potential, but the current trajectory is discouraging.
