Having been a dedicated player for a long time, my experience has recently declined. The game is extremely laggy and crashes often, making it nearly unplayable. Additionally, rewards have been significantly reduced, pushing players towards costly packages to remain competitive. When I tried to report these issues, it seemed the developers were indifferent. Communication has been lacking, and improvements are scarce. I can’t track my support tickets across devices, and it feels like the game is turning into a cash grab. I hope the developers address these concerns, as it used to be a great game, but I can’t recommend it in its current form.
