This company operates like a scam. They don't tell you to make your payment by a certain time otherwise your payment will be late even though you made the payment on that day. If you are literally a day late that incurs a late fee. They don't tell you the payment guard plus program is literally paperwork that they send you in the mail and you have to mail back (I assume to extend the process)but even though like in my case I lost my job payments still have to be made regardless until they approve your coverage. I normally won't say this but please don't get this card, trust me you dint need it that bad. Look for a different company but I don't trust total visa credit card.
