I ordered on a Friday night (August 1), their website states, "Orders received after 1:00 p.m. EST will be shipped the following business day.” On Wednesday, I emailed them asking to cancel my order since it hasn’t shipped yet. Nathalie replied and stated the order “is being shipped” and can’t be canceled, but that I can reject the order once received. They did not ship until Friday, August 8 (a full week later). I recieved my package on August 14. Not sure how I am supposed to reject the package when USPS left it in my mailbox? So I yelled, "I reject this package!” but no one was there and I received no refund. LOL. Ok, so my package was super late AND the package arrived completely open. I’m surprised nothing was missing. I will not be ordering from this company again. I just re-ordered with ADW Diabetes and they shipped next day, as promised.
