I have ordered from this company in the past, however this last time I ordered with plenty of supplies to last me, as it normally did not take long to come in. I ordered on January 2nd and I am still waiting for my supplies as of the 12th. I sat on hold all day on Friday, got hung up on multiple times, sent several emails on top of that. The email I finally DID recieve explained nothing to me, in fact this person that "helped" me (could barely comprehend their English) seemed to have claimed that I have a tracking number on file (which I do not) and no further help was given. With it being the weekend I am now screwed over thanks to this company and have to wait until Monday to try contacting anyone further. I am now down to my last insertion device for my diabetic pump, and I am fighting to get an answer. At this point I am about to file a claim with PayPal and try finding somewhere else to ordee from. Once I would have recommended this company, but going forward absolutely not. Terrible customer service, completely unacceptable.
