I would give it 0 stars if possible. On 8 July 2024 I purchased a copper pancake griddle. I was so excited to find one that matched my Gotham copper cookware that I didn’t pay attention to the fact that the website sold children clothes. I thought oh well maybe they found this great product and wanted to share it. My purchase as for $23 and I used my debit card. It then changed to PayPal and with a foreign name I did not recognize. I contacted Totalhill and told them I did not authorize that purchase on PayPal and wanted to cancel order and refund money. No response. I sent a second email, no response. My third email chastised the company for their lack of customer service. I then went to BBB and FTC websites and logged in a complaint. I read others who stated Totalhill was a sham company, and that the address and telephone number in West Virginia were false. I then reported fraud to my bank and got a new bank card. I am disgusted with the fraud that is out there. Please check into whether companies are legit with scam sites.
