Update: having originally given one star, due to issues logging in and getting in touch with Totaljobs, they reached out and got my account back up and running.Mohammed was very helpful and I felt like he genuinely cared about my jobseeking journey.Happy to amend my review to reflect the efforts made to resolve my issue.In response to TotalJobs response:Of course I've tried resetting my password. IT NEVER SENDS ME A CODE. And I obviously checked my Junk and spam folders, and deleted my cache. Did you really spend so much time on your reply, having not read my comment at all? Can't sign in to account. Can't set up a new one. It never sends you a one-time sign-in code. If you try to start a new account it says you've used the wrong password.... on a NEW ACCOUNT. I'd get it if the message said there was already an account under my email address, but it doesn't.There is no way I can find to contact Totaljobs about this, other than on social media.
