The gentleman I spoke to on the phone today was extremely helpful. He provided as much support as he could. So 5 stars to him individually.It's such a shame that the other people I have been dealing with have ignored calls and emails and not updated me in line with the incredibly vague timescales they try to fob you off with. Breaking up for Christmas without any update and leaving other colleagues to pick up the pieces. No out of office to indicate they are not at work, no option to contact anyone else.They are now nearly 2 weeks late setting up an account for us and the complete lack of customer service is appalling.
