I received my products with the order # T1/1280 three weeks later from Totally Indian. But two items were missing from the parcel, so I sent a WhatsApp message notifying their customer assistant team.They eventually refunded the money for the missed items, but I lost the postage payment. It happened with my previous order, too, which was disappointing. I am happy with their product, but they need to check and carefully place the customer's products before sending them to the courier.
