I am truly dissatisfied with the customer support I received. The representative I interacted with was remarkably rude without any apparent cause. I can't say if it stemmed from their personal issues, but it certainly had nothing to do with me and was entirely unprofessional. Additionally, my order was delayed, which caught me off guard. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, primarily due to the inadequate customer service and the unreliability of the delivery.
