Kept me in the loop throughout the journey of our luggage.. from our home in UK to the local port, collection, loading, destination port arrival, custom clearance. Contacted the Australian agent in advance to ensure they take over without any problems and continue the good work. Got regular calls to update and arrange delivery.... got our stuff delivery in good condition and guys were very friendly and helpful. couldn't have asked for anything more.. very impressed!!!Thanks a lot James!!
