We moved from England to Austria and from the original assessment of the volume to the actual moving of the goods everything worked out perfectly. At first we were quoted a volume that I felt might be on the short side but turned out to be accurate. The final price and the initially quoted price were exactly the same and there were no hidden fees. This price was by far the cheapest I could find and included the free packing of some especially fragile items. One aspect of this service stands out and that is the impeccable customer service. As a complete newcomer to international moving I was lead through the process and assisted at every turn. The minimal requirements I needed to fulfill were explained to me and the progress of the move was conveyed to me via frequent updates via phone or email. The only slight negative I can find, is that there was some minor confusion as to delivery date (1 day), although this was immediately rectified and all goods arrived in excellent condition.
