Absolutely seamless from start to finish despite so many moving parts!We moved our family (2 adults, 5 kids aged 7 and under) internationally in 2021. Back home to Australia. Our flights were originally for August. We were cancelled 7 days before departure and the team at TMS had to cancel our packers and container and were so gracious and understanding. 2 months of trying to leave and then we were suddenly flying out of England with 10 days notice. Again the team organised our packers and storage so we could leave with peace of mind about our belongings. TMS got our container loaded and shipped off a week or two after we flew out and kept us informed over the weeks our things were in transit. We were then handed over to the local agent in Australia for the final bit but TMS still kept in touch until everything was delivered and unpacked for us. Only one flat pack bookcase was damaged which TMS sorted immediately. I can't recommend them enough. Definitely the safest hands to trust!
