If it wasn't for paying through the nose for photos, it's as if I hadn't done it.'The Chief' indeed - what a total crock. The point of doing laps is to know your times. It's frustrating and disappointing. I'll not do another through them. Terrible customer service. They get a notification about reviews on here and won't even care about what's being said either.
