I just had the worst shopping experience with To The Clouds Black Friday sale. I ordered a DaVince Miqro Explorer kit in Onxy, and they sent me a Graphite one instead. After talking to Tyler, he agreed to exchange it for the Onyx one that I ordered, so I mailed it back and was sent an Amethyst one this time. Extremely frustrated, I requested my money back and got a return label from Tyler. I took the Miqro to the post office the next day where I waited in line over 30 minutes. When I got home, I got an email from Tyler telling me that if I have not yet returned the Amethyst Miqro, I could keep it for my trouble. When I told him that I already returned it and asked if he could send me another one, he said it was not possible. So, for actually going through the trouble of returning the wrong color Miqro, I got nothing. Even more frustrated, I again asked for a refund. Several days passed and still no refund, even though the package tracking says that To The Clouds got my return. Even more annoyed, I had to email Tyler again to one again ask for my money back. He finally did it. But the most frustrating part of all this is that because I was screwing around with Tyler and To The Clouds I missed out on other vape store's Black Friday specials on the Miqro Explorer kit in Onyx. So, I ended up with no Miqro in Onxy. I just wasted a bunch of time, and gas money to drive to the USPS for nothing thanks to Tyler and To The Clouds.
