If you hold a pad up to light, you can see how uneven the padding is, which explains the leaking issues some users face, especially with missing padding on the edges or back. I provided feedback to the company about this issue, and they sent me a replacement box of super pads, but those had even more defects than the first. The customer service was responsive, but it's disappointing as this seems to be a recurring quality control problem. After this experience, I’m considering switching brands.
