I order the all in one pen from them for my car. The pen arrived with a packet of wipes. When I tried to use the pen, the paint from the tip wasn't coming out properly. It looked that it had dried up quite a lot making the tip brittle. I removed the tip and tried to apply and it has left patches. Sent an email to customer support and no response. I've paid £19.99 for a small paint pen which didn't do the job. Really pathetic experience
