I found Tour Compass on line and contacted them to discuss our safari/beach holiday to Tanzania/Zanzibar. The staff were excellent and arranged our holiday the way we wanted (unlike another couple of well known tour operators). Communication with Tour Compass staff was really good right from the start of our enquiry, both by telephone and email. They answered all our questions as they arose and provided all the information we needed up until we went on holiday. Our documents and plenty of information about our destination was also available to us on the Tour Compass app on our phones at all times. Great service, and we will definitely be using Tour Compass again.
