Everything was well prepared - explained - detailed and for my anxious mother explained again (and again) ! Before departure every question and/or worry was handled with grace and professionalism - Even during our trip being confused and worried we could call our contact and the communication we got was more than up to par; always being taken serious and always being taken care of in the best way possible!Every place we stayed was above and beyond - Every meal we ate was made with love - every attraction we saw was what we wished for and more - every person and family we met we enjoyed dearly - the different guides we met we wished we could take home with us simply loveable and likeable and very informative and aware of us as tourists.An experience my mother and I will never forget - I will never forgot the great country, culture and people of Cuba and its all because our agency had everything (and I mean everything) in check. All that was left to us was to enjoy and experience an authentic Cuba and we did and want to go back asap. If you are anxious about going far and wide and have never been to Cuba but have a dream - this is where the dream becomes a reality!!! I am not related or bribed or got a free trip - I am simply baffled by how well everything ran and how quick I got answers and assistance when I needed it- Credit where credit is due; hands down the best travel experience in my life I would go to Cuba in a heartbeat (I miss Cuba already) but only if its with the same agency!
