Had an awesome trip to Iceland with Tourhero to see the Northern Lights. They made sure that everything was planned exactly how I wanted it before we left. But when we got there, there were some issues with the local operator, who changed the hotel at the last minute without warning, and hadn't allowed enough time for all of the activities and locations we had scheduled. Big shout out to Viren and the Tourhero team for going above and beyond to get our trip back on track so we didn't have to deal with issues. Anyway we had a great time, would definitely go with them again to plan my next vacation.
