i planned a trip with tourhero to switzerland and austria for dec 2021 but unfortunately due to the lockdown, we are unable to go. however tourhero was superb in all regards, from communication (in fact they reached out to me BEFORE i’d even found out austria was in lockdown), and immediately offered me a full refund of my trip. they’ve demonstrated the most flexible and generous cancellation / refund policy ive ever seen in a travel company (ive heard plenty of horror stories, especially with covid cancellations). i was so impressed that i told tourhero to just postpone my trip to the next ski seaosn - these guys have my full trust.
