The tour in Vietnam was truly fantastic. The hotels were beautiful and comfortable, making the experience even better. I wouldn't change a thing, although I was disappointed not to visit Hoi An due to flooding. The company managed the situation effectively. Our guide, Thien Van Nguyen, was exceptional—honest, kind, and very professional, always attentive to our needs and providing valuable information. I gained so much knowledge about Vietnam through him, and he deepened my love for the country. Cambodia felt a bit monotonous, as we mainly visited temples that seemed quite similar. However, the tour in Thailand was unforgettable. The hotels were lovely, though the bus was a bit uncomfortable, it was manageable. Our driver was wonderful and very pleasant, and we appreciated having him throughout the tour. The guide, Ms. Teerarat, was also excellent—professional and helpful, always smiling and capturing moments for us. She was a great support, especially on the last evening when she assisted me with transportation to the airport. I'll always remember agent A fondly. I absolutely loved Chiang Mai.
