Hello,I have bought several pieces of Tov Furniture. I love the furniture because it is well made , beautiful, great colors and a terrific price point. Recently, I purchased chairs and I wasn’t happy with the velvet fabric. I reached out and was in contact with their “ AFTERCARE TEAM.” I spoke with Dean several times and once or twice with Mariella and I was incredibly impressed. They were extremely well trained customer service representatives. Dean was very responsive, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. It was clear that they had protocol to follow but at the same time it was clear that they wanted the customer to be happy with the purchase.
