This 5-star review is for Dean in Tov Furniture's customer service department.Dean was absolutely wonderful in helping me return some furniture pieces that unfortunately arrived damaged (there was a large crack along the side of the furniture and the drawers didn't line up / close correctly). He was very kind, helpful and patient in answering all of my questions / addressing my concerns. His communication skills were top notch and I am sure he is a star at Tov and will be wherever he may find himself in the future.
