I’ve had a detachable lowball fitted by Towbar Express. The booking service was great and the fitting went according to plan to plan. The mechanism on the lowball went wrong after the fitter (Matt) had left but another fitter was to come the following day to sort it.
In the event Matt rearranged his plans and made a big diversion to arrive at 8am today and sorted the problem!
Brilliant service all round.
