Our appointment was set to meet with Alfie, and the young man arrived punctually and dressed smartly. He was very articulate. We discussed our requirements since we were dissatisfied with the previous arrangement. Alfie was excellent, explaining everything clearly; nothing was too much trouble for him. There was no pressure, just helpful advice. We were also informed that we could reach out via phone or email for any assistance, and he would return to help.
