Poor experience overall. I have booked a basic polish service at Putney branch and was made to wait for 15 mins. The polish ended up being very poor and just 35 mins service took around an hour and the result was not good at all. During my session someone walked and said she had an appointment but they said they are running late and they don’t have anyone to take her and they said we can reschedule or cancel. The lady was shocked obviously and walk out. Their approach to the clients is really poor and the service definitely questionable! I complained to the CS team sending pictures of my nails and they gave me points to use for next time. 2 weeks later I booked at Fulham Rd brunch and naked manicure was very bad indeed. The cuticles not even cleaned properly and looked chipped around my skin. Same they they send me an invoice of £4 saying they can only take max £30 of points and the rest should be paid by card. I was shocked once again. I sent them the pictures of the result of naked manicure and they said nails can get dried due to environmental factors and I should apply cuticle oil. I was thinking it’s kind of a joke! I went to (the most expensive salon) in town to get manicure and they are telling me to put cuticle oil daily! It’s the 3rd day now and around my nails getting more chipped and peel off! Complete pain overall! Unfortunately I won’t visit neither recommend anyone else. Shame they charge you a lot yet no good service or support! I don’t recommend to anyone!
