I had both a manicure and pedicure done here on the 4th at Richmond and Shreya (and one more)was the person who did the treatment, and just 4 days later my nails look worse than before the treatment. The cuticles are peeling badly, and the overall condition is quite poor. The manicure was painful — the technician pinched me 3–4 times while removing cuticles, and the pedicure polish was applied in a patchy, uneven way. It looks unprofessional and rushed.I also had paid for an extra 10-minute massage on top of the pedicure/manicure treatment. The technician stopped after just 2 minutes. When I questioned it, she resumed briefly but stopped again at 4 minutes. It felt like they were trying to cut corners at every stage and just felt robbed off my money. She didn't even apply the nail polish properly .. i think my 8 year old do better job!Overall, one of the worst salon experiences I’ve had. I regret spending money here and would not recommend it to anyone!!
